My family did an Adventures by Disney tour to Italy, traveling through Rome, Tuscany, and Venice. This included a private Sistine Chapel tour, pasta making in Tuscany, a gondola ride in Venice, and lots of magic in between. We also started our trip before the tour in England, train to Paris, down for a visit to Pompeii. It was my first visit to Europe and definitely unforgettable!
It’s hard to choose, but one that comes to mind is a trip to Costa Rica for a university biology course. We hiked, snorkeled, zip-lined, and studied biology all over the country. Science and travel are two of my favorite things, so the combination was extra special for me. Plus Costa Rican food is incredible!
Always take the trip! This is something my mom instilled in us growing up, if you have the opportunity, take it. The value of travel is unmatched; while traveling I have learned more about people, cultures, language, history, science, etc. than what is possible to teach in school.
One of my favorites has always been California Screamin’/The Incredicoaster. I remember when I was little finally being tall enough to ride, and I rode it as much as possible the next time we went to Disneyland. And I really like the Incredibles theme now!
